Holy Trinity Wellness & Leadership Group is actively expanding participation with insurance networks. Insurance participation may vary by clinician, service, and plan. Please contact us before scheduling so that we can confirm our current network status and assist you with verifying your benefits. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier.

4. Sliding-Scale Options:

If insurance is unavailable or Holy Trinity is not currently participating with your plan, a sliding-scale rate may be discussed. Sliding-scale availability is limited and depends on financial need, the requested service, and clinician availability.
